Womans Plus Size Hello Sailor Costume

You'll have everyone at attention in this Plus Size Hello Sailor Costume. The costume is a sailor-inspired dress and hat combination that is perfect for your next Halloween party. The navy blue dress comes in a knit fabric with a ruffled skirt segment and short sleeves. Its upper body is decorated at the midriff with two rows of gold buttons and a red ribbon bow at its chest.
