Shipping to Canada
We deliver shipments to Canadian provinces within 1-8 business days from the date your order is shipped. Most orders ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed, this DOES NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or US Holidays.
Delivery Options
We currently offer two shipping options for Canadian orders. Expedited Ground orders ship via UPS and Premium (1-3 business days) shipping ships via UPS. Please note that delivery times for International shipments are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for packages delayed by customs. Shipping time may be longer for rural/remote areas of Canada.
Shipping Charges
To view the shipping charges on any order, simply place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and continue with the checkout process. Once you complete the ship to destination, the cost of shipping will be added to your cart. You can also use our online Shipping Calculator to see your shipping costs based on the items in your shopping cart.
Shipping & Handling Rates (in USD):
- Expedited International 2-6 Business Days: Minimum Charge $11.49 (add $1.00 for each additional pound over 1 lb.)
- International Premium 1-3 Business Days: Minimum Charge $29.99 (add $2.50 for each additional pound over 1 lb.)

All currency displayed is in US dollars and will be billed as such. Please note that some banks may charge additional fees for currency conversion. Please contact your bank directly for additional details and rates.
Canadian Duties and Taxes
All import duties and taxes will be included within your shopping cart during the time of checkout. We will include the import duty (generally 15%) and applicable HST, GST and PST due on your order. By placing your order, you authorize us to appoint a Canadian customs broker to obtain customs clearance for your items and remit applicable duty and taxes on your behalf to Revenue Canada.
Please note, you should not be charged duty, tax or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. All of these fees are covered at checkout and handled by us for your convenience.
Canadian Returns
Most products can be returned within ten (10) days of the delivery date. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Any returns received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.

We currently offer 2 shipping options for United Kingdom orders. Premium United Kingdom orders ship via UPS Premium (1-3 business days) and International Expedited is shipped via Brokers International (7-12 business days) or Please note that delivery times for International shipments are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for packages delayed by customs. Shipping time may be longer for rural/remote areas of United Kingdom.

- International Expedited (6-15 business days): Minimum Charge $15.99 for the 1st pound plus $5.50 for each additional pound over 1 lb.
- International Premium (2-6 business days): Minimum Charge $49.99 (add $4.00 for each additional pound over 1 lb.) - Certain areas are subject to a $24 "Rural Area Surcharge" which will be reflected at time of checkout once your postal code is submitted for shipping charge calculations.

Australian Duties and Taxes
All orders less than $1000 AUD are exempt from VAT taxes and import duties. And therefore will not be charged to your order during checkout. If your order value is greater than $1000 AUD, then we will contact you by email and let you know what the VAT tax and import duties on your order will be AFTER you place your order online. With your approval, we will then add the additional fees to your order before shipping it. We will not ship your order if it is greater than $1000 AUD without this additional charge.

We currently offer a single delivery service level to New Zealand. Orders are shipped from the United States and then delivered to locations within New Zealand by the New Zealand Post service. New Zealand Duties and Taxes
All orders less than $50 USD are exempt from taxes and import duties. And therefore will not be charged to your order during checkout. If your order value is greater than $50 USD, then you will be obligated to pay 15% in duties and taxes at the time of delivery to your New Zealand Post postman.
